Chardonel (dry white)
Our Chardonel is un-oaked so you can taste the bright and flavorful Chardonel grapes. It is dry and crisp and is best served slightly chilled. It is a wonderful complement to seafood dishes, salads, fish and poultry.

Traminette (semi-sweet white)
Traminette is a white wine grape which produces wine with pronounced varietals character similar to one of its parents, Gewürztraminer. Traminette is a spicy, flavorful wine semi-sweet white wine and pairs wonderfully with lightly flavored foods. |

Red Star (sweet red)
The Chambourcin grapes in this wine have been blended to produce a big, rich and smooth sweet wine that is best enjoyed at a lower temperature. It is a wine that can be paired with mostly any foods or enjoyed on its own.

Venus, the morning star and evening star, was named after the Roman goddess of love and beauty. This semi sweet wine is handcrafted from 100% estate grown grapes and is a perfect compliment to your life’s everyday, beautiful moments. |

Silver Star
This is our signature blend of grapes with the predominant grape being Niagara, a large, luscious, aromatic green grape. This wonderfully fragrant, sweet wine is an outstanding sipping wine or is a marvelous to complement lighter flavored foods. |

Vignoles (semi-sweet white)
Our semi-sweet vignoles has an exceptional bouquet with a rich, crisp flavor that has notes of apricot, citrus, and tropical fruits. It is an extraordinary wine to drink on its own or to pair with lighter, sweeter foods. |

Norton (dry red)
Released in December 2006. the 2005 vintage of StarView Nortons is a wonderfully complex wine that is full of norton flavors and hints of chocolate. |

Chambourcin (dry red)
This exceptional wine, was lightly oaked and is medium bodied with very deep color and characteristic varietal flavor. This blend of Chambourcin produced a wine that is lovely with aged cheeses, antipasto, and spicy foods.

SuperNova (dry red)
Released October 2006. This 2005 Chambourcin is very fruity and balanced. It is similar in body to a Merlot and can be enjoyed alone or as complement to any meats or red sauces.

Concord (semi sweet)
Released May 2007. Very smooth and wonderful. This wine is jammy but not overly sweet. Enjoy it chilled as a sipping wine or with your favorite picnic.
